A Toast to the #New #Year 2017

isadora-glitterbomb-web

I’m sitting alone listening to the silence

… I ponder that ….

Today is a day like any other day.
Each day, we rise and hope to fill our lives with new and exciting discoveries.
Each one of us has a different vision for what those discoveries are going to be.

I hope 2016 was a good year for you, filled with magnificent life changing events that created wonderful discoveries and memories.
Tonight, midnight bells will echo in the birth of 2017.
A new year to create a better life than the one we had last year.

No need to make resolutions of what 2017 will hold for us. Simply believe that day after day something new and exciting will happen. It may not be what you expect or want or are wishing for, but a day above ground is a blessed one.
This is the puzzle of our existence.

Whatever way you want to look at life, the main thing to remember is that you are not alone. There’s always someone guiding you in whatever form you choose to believe. Take comfort in knowing that the challenges you’re given are because you can endure them; no one gets what they cannot conquer.

Music and dance are ever present in my life. It’s been my savior during the worst and best of times. Perhaps this year, you may want to listen to your life’s music. I know that it’s the only thing I’ll focus on. The rest is out of my hands.

Life’s Music
Learn to listen for the song …
There’s music to everything in the Universe …
It’s in the changing season’s …
In the beat of your heart …
In the cycles of joy and pain …
Don’t resist it.
Follow the humming of your heart.
Flow with it and become part of the rhythm itself
Listen for your own “Life’s” music …

Thank you, my blogging friends and followers, for helping to make my spectacular year of growth.
In Light and Love,
Isadora 😎

Music touches us all in different ways.

It can heal hearts, calm our fears or create memories when heard.

The announcement was made yesterday, that Cuban dictator Fidel Castro died, November 26, 2016,

His brother, Raul Castro, made the announcement on Cuban television.

His death has created joy in the hearts of those who fled his regime and live in the United States.

The news reports of Cubans cheering in Miami, Florida was everywhere.

Yet, others who are living in Cuba are mourning his loss.

He was 90 years old. He’s ruled Cuba for over 60 years.

And, has outlived 6 of our presidents in the United States.

Whatever your political belief, changes are going to happen.

Who can say if it will be for the good or the bad of the people.

Politically things are shifting and changing everywhere; including here in the United States.

Let’s hope these changes, if and when they happen, are peaceful and of benefit to the people they represent.
