The way to love anything deeply is to realize that it may be lost to you one day.

A Gift of Love
Without you,
Life is just existing,
With you,
Life is worth living
You put a name on the
Songs birds sing,
And you bring the smell of flowers
To a breezy spring
You are my sun,
You are my moon
Please get well
And come home soon.

❤❤❤❤❤
February is the month in which we celebrate LOVE.
I am a hopeless romantic as is my husband.
He wrote this poem for me when I was in the hospital two years ago.
chris barber , feat.monty sunshine , petite fleur
My husband plays several instruments; clarinet, trumpet and cornet.
We met in band class when we were both playing clarinet.
He still plays for fun and for me. Dixieland jazz is his favorite genre.
Chris Barber is one musician he enjoys listening to and play along with.
This seemed like the perfect way to add LOVE to this month.

Dear Isadora and hubby, thanks so much for sharing a bit of the harmonies of your love with us, your friends in the crowd, along the stream… you’re an inspiration, and a consolation, and a source of warmth when the winter days get chilly; accept our cheers and kisses in your warm embrace.

You’ve brought a warm smile to my heart, Shimon. It is with great love that I share mine for many who are discouraged and dismayed at times for the lack of it. I am, indeed, fortunate to have found someone almost 50 years ago ( August is our anniversary). Love and caring has taken us through the many trials and tribulations along with us standing together in those mighty storms. Nothing is without work and marriage requires many days of work. But, in the end, to have a companion who we feel is our closest friend, confidant and love is a blessing. Yes, I am truly blessed. May your heart be warmed by our rays of never-ending love. ❤ ❤

I will remember that toast and bring it forth on our anniversary in August when we celebrate our 50th year of LOVE. It has been a world that, without question, a book can be written about but who doesn’t have a life story. May LOVE always be in your heart. Dancing Happy Valentine Day to you and your wife. ❤ ❤ Amor Siempre !!!!

You are so lucky, Izzy to be enjoying, and having had the opportunity to enjoy, a lifelong love. What a treasure. My heart sings for you and your good fortune. I hope you and your husband have many, many years left to enjoy together and with the rest of the world. 🙂

Aw. Beautiful poem. You’re in love with your hubby like I’m in love with Phil. Lucky us!
And that opening quote caught me in the heart. Still missing my little Scrappy…

Yea, dear heart. LOVE is in the air. It’s February, the month of LOVE. For every heart there is a season for making DREAMS of LOVE come true. ❤ May your beloved Scrappy send you sparkling stars on Valentine Day to let you know that he is at peace. I'm afraid his memory did influence my words when I was writing. He was an adorable lovable fur-son. Blessings to you my dear friend. ❤ ❤

Your appreciative words are most comforting to me Isadora. No one succeeds alone. We need other people to encourage and support us to wade through the stormy and muddy waters of life. My mission is to provide that encouragement; and I am totally dedicated to that.

What a beautiful entry to the challenge Isadora. I just LOVE the poem you shared, it’s plain to see it came from the heart. I also love the video you shared with us, the jazz is so dramatic and as you say full of romance.
A huge welcome to the challenge, I look forward to seeing more of your creative entries. You can use any theme you wish and write in any style you like to go with your image ❤ 🙂

You have an amazing blog that, I think, helps bring out our imaginative original creations. I appreciate your visiting my blog and welcoming me into your wonderful world of art expression. 😀😍😘

My sister-in-law and husband will be celebrating their 50th on the same day. WOW … what a coincidence. : )
We will celebrate our 50th anniversary in August. We’re all dinosaurs of what marriage was supposed to be … ’til death due us part. Congratulations to you both. May your shared love continue to grow and blossom. ❤ ❤
I believe music that is played for the ones we love shows a deeper heart connection.
