Yes, it is a bit dark. There has to be opposites, I think. The dark balances the light.
We are all made up of both. It would be great to be always of good spirit but totally
unrealistic. We must always strive for it but it can be a struggle for some and never
a thought to another. Your presence here is always a light, aFrank. Thank you.

Hi Isadora, love this post, the butterflies are wonderful, the quotes and your words are perfect. Vangelis doesn’t need any word, it’s perfect, I remember now the movie 1492, all songs are from Vangelis, about the discovery of America, a beautiful movie. You should watch it if you haven’t yet. I watched many years ago, recently I try to find it for my kids but I couldn’t. All the beaufiful land and the songs in the background. Namaste to you!
