Just Dance …
Inside of each of us is a dancer. There’s a part of us that responds freely to music.
The music of life but somewhere along the way we become guarded.
Our fears restrict us, and eventually we dismiss whatever gifts we have to offer. Sometimes, it is too late.
Make today the day you let you dance.
Whether in the privacy of your home or on a downtown street, stop and twirl, or skip or hop, click your heels or do the twist.
Don’t worry about what people think. Let yourself hear the music.
In that dance, breathe out fear and breathe in the celebration of freedom, joy and love.

The person, who risks nothing, does nothing, has nothing, is nothing, and becomes nothing.
He may avoid suffering and sorrow, but he simply cannot learn and feel and change and grow and love and live. ~Leo F. Buscaglia

I honor the place in you
in which the entire universe dwells.
I honor the place in you
which is of Love, and of Truth,
of Light and of Peace.
When you are in that place in you
and I am in that place in me.
We are One.

Lovely message as usual Isadora, dance! I don’t dance, maybe when I was teenager, but no more. I don’t know why, maybe a should try.

I dance all the time. I find the movements invigorating. I have no special style at the time. I just move.
I feel better doing that than exercising. Feeling the music and moving throws caution out the window.
The freedom to move without constraints is uplifting. I don’t think I’d try it walking down a busy street, though. LOL
Hope you get your body moving whenever you hear another song. It’s always a pleasure to see you here, Elizabeth.
Namaste,
Isadora 🙏🏻

Dear Resa,
I thought the photo was a an emoitonally stirring one. The woman in the wheel chair is remembering her days
as a ballet dancer. It brought to mind the many people who will hear music or want to do something new
but stand frozen for fear of being criticized or laughed at. Seeing someone who can no longer dance should give
us pause to think of what we may be missing out on in our lives because we fear of judgment.
Thank you for visiting my blog and leaving your thought provoking and kind comment.

This is very nice indeed. Setting oneself free is important. A lot of us kill the music in us and imprison ourselves. I have really enjoyed this post. ‘The person who risks nothing, does nothing..’
