A Quiet Respite

Ocean - white sailbaot 2.webDear Friends ….

It is time for me to take a brief respite.

I will be out on the high seas gathering energy from the wind and salty air:

Listening to the Music of the waves.

I will be ever vigilant to catch up on all of your blogs upon my return.

In my absence, there will be a great many things that

you’ve done that I will, no doubt, lose sight of.

Please feel free to send me a note on those you’d like me to read.

It would be disappointing to miss a single one of your stellar writings.
Namaste …

I will leave you with this very important health message.

Say Good Bye and Good Night  to “night time” leg cramps…

This exercise works wonders on circulation. It originated by the Watusi tribesmen.
It also slims you down without medication.

I have been doing these simple workout moves for a week
and I am already feeling much better.

I recommend you start right away.

This video shows what you should do daily
to help leg and knee pain and stiffness.

Once a day is sufficient for assured success!

Good luck.

Intriguing, sensitive, mysterious, loving, artistic and crackling with excitement for life is a pretty good description of who I am. I just retired from the world of art where I sold my Artfully Designed Handmade Jewelry for 28 years; although, art will always be a part of who I am no matter what venue I choose to express it in.

  1. AWESOME workout tape, and I had to smile all the way thorugh. I used to be a clogger, and I can guess that dancing is hard on the knees, but OH so worth it! Bon voyage! I look forward to hearing all about it.

    • I felt the same way when I was a dancer years ago(25-35). Tap was my favorite of all the dances.
Although, the knee and hips get a brutal beating the entire time. I know now from my bone issues
but IT WAS ALL WORTH IT and I’d do it again. 😄
Glad you enjoyed my little exercise tip. LOL
I hope to post some things I learned on my last two vacations. It’s a matter of pulling it all together.
Thanks, Naomi. Have a GREAT week !!!
