Intriguing, sensitive, mysterious, loving, artistic and crackling with excitement for life is a pretty good description of who I am. I just retired from the world of art where I sold my Artfully Designed Handmade Jewelry for 28 years; although, art will always be a part of who I am no matter what venue I choose to express it in.
I like the Mary Oliver quote – it reminds me of my past and yes, it took me years to realise it was a gift! Thank you for re-enforcing it. I must have needed to hear it again 🙂
My daughter made me aware of the Mary Oliver quote. She went through a break-up, recently.
There are different kinds of darkness. None of us gets a free pass in life. Facing and accepting the pain brings healing.

I enjoyed hearing another song recently by Patsy Called ‘Crazy’. I had this image and poem
ready to post during Valentines day but never got it up. I was trying to showcase
the opposite feelings that some may have been experiencing during that day.
