Spring is the season after winter but before summer. It’s a time of renewal.
Like Spring, breathing brings new life into our spirit and fills us with enthusiasm that reinvigorates our energy.
Although breathing is one of those bodily functions that happens automatically, there are some causes for us to be concerned with when it comes to breathing.
Shallow or irregular breathing can be in response to stress. Stress is a part of our everyday lives. It’s difficult to avoid.
Surprises or shocking occurrences can cause us to hold our breath. Sometimes, it can cause a lightheadedness or a faint feeling.
Deep breathing helps relax the body. Exercises, such as meditation, that focus on breathing help us breathe more deeply and creates feelings of calm peacefulness and tranquility. Our blood becomes more oxygenated with deep breathing waking the brain and relaxing the muscles.
Breathing connects our inner spiritual soul to its divine source. At the same time, it grounds our bodies.
Take time to breathe in your spirit of renewal ….
Namaste,
Isadora
Breathe in, breathe out
Open your eyes
Do you see beauty?
Breathe in, breathe out
Close your eyes
Were you praying too?
Let yourself fall
So did someone catch you?
Breathe in, breathe out
Open your heart
Did you let someone in?
Breathe in, breathe out
Reach out your hand
Did someone reach back?
Breathe in, breathe out
It’s time
Are you ready?

Namaste
I honor the place in you
in which the entire universe dwells.
I honor the place in you
which is of Love, and of Truth,
of Light and of Peace.
When you are in that place in you
and I am in that place in me.
We are One.

Yes, sometimes our minds make everything seem so complicated, when the best thing is just to breathe! Can’t be reminded of that too often. 🙂

Hi Isadora, I missed you, nice to see your lovely posts back. Spam can be really a problem, you did right making the blog private. Beautiful message and wonderful poem. Have a great day!

Yes, SPAM can be a bit unnerving. It’s invasive. Hopefully, I can find out more about it soon.
