Intriguing, sensitive, mysterious, loving, artistic and crackling with excitement for life is a pretty good description of who I am. I just retired from the world of art where I sold my Artfully Designed Handmade Jewelry for 28 years; although, art will always be a part of who I am no matter what venue I choose to express it in.

Such love, Izzy! I remember looking for and finding shark’s teeth when vacation on Sanibel Island in Florida when I was a child. It was a marvelous place. Happy Labor Day weekend.
My daughter and grandson came to visit for a week in August from Albany. The beach was the #1 place they wanted to spend their time.
Living very close it was an easy request to fulfill. ~~~ : – ) Venice beach is known for its shark teeth. Sanibel beach is known for its unusual shells that wash up on shore. Every morning people walk the beach looking down for one of those treasures. I live north of Sanibel. It’s a short 1 hour drive.
Hope you get to visit Sanibel again real soon. I’m glad my post broguht back fond memories.

When we went, there was only the ferry, no causeway. The last time we went, we took some friends and rented a rental house on Captiva for a week. It was lovely.
