Because of our stress filled lives, we all need to create a quiet, calm and peacefully still place where we can feel serenity.
Whether you’re someone who meditates or not the focus is to clear your mind of surging thoughts.
You need to sit quietly and focus on bringing yourself into a calm state.
It’s a difficult task because your mind wants to run back to those problems you want to solve or eliminate.
Your imagination can help with this difficult task. It can provide you with dream-like places that help you to to calm down.
I like to visualize a garden filled with flowers of every imaginable color. It’s an image that can make anyone smile.
Listening to soothing music can help bring your mind stillness.
Nurturing yourself at the end of the day can help you reach a peaceful relaxing sleep.
It can be a great health benefit. Serenity can bring back a soothing peace we’re all seeking.
Can you imagine a place of serenity?

Namaste
I honor the place in you
in which the entire universe dwells.
I honor the place in you
which is of Love, and of Truth,
of Light and of Peace.
When you are in that place in you
and I am in that place in me.
We are One.
