Autumn is a beautiful time of year. The trees are changing from their summer clothes and donning a variety of fall colors.
Beautiful crimsons, golden yellows, mustards and cadmium;
verdant grassy greens fading to blue and purple with each mornings dew;
a feast for our eyes to witness before the impending winter snows.
It’s a memory for me as I don’t experience those changes here in my beloved Florida.
A walk near the shore of the beach on a winters balmy windy day with peaceful ocean sounds has replaced those fall days I left behind.
Commune with the beauty Mother Nature has provided for you for nurturing moments.
rich, vibrant colors
clear, sunny days
crisp, cold nights
endless, star filled skies

I honor the place in you
in which the entire universe dwells.
I honor the place in you
which is of Love, and of Truth,
of Light and of Peace.
When you are in that place in you
and I am in that place in me.
We are One.

Isadora, I love the poems and photography you shared with us today. I was just in Florida this past weekend and yes, it does have a different feel to it but is no less lovely than autumn in New England. Have a beautiful weekend!

I agree with you, Grace. Autumn is equally enjoyable in Florida. I’ve adjusted to the lack of foliage colors.
However, if one goes further north towards Georgia color can be found. : ) If you’re ever in Southwest Florida
near Sarasota let me know so we can meet for a bite to eat. You have a GREAT weekend too.

I like Autumn’s colours, Isadora… it’s as though they are trying to hold on to the Summer’s warmth before Winter starts. I loved the music – I had it playing in the background whilst blog hopping and have only just realised that i hadn’t commented here… Oops! Done now though! 😀

Kitaro was popular when I was going to college. He’s great to listen to when you need something quiet in the background while concentrating.
I’m happy your enjoyed the music, Tom. I wondered if anyone listens to the music I add. 🎻 🎼
I think every season has its merits. The autumn colors give the season its wondrous paintings.

I love Spring because of natures renewal but Autumn is extremely colorful and feels warm right
before the impending winter. Thank you for coming by, Meg, and commenting.

I’ve returned from vacation and thought I’d say hello. Plus I knew I would find excellent thoughts, words, and music here. Here’s one of my favorite fall pieces from me to you. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=atejQh9cXWI

Yes, aFrank, you’ve been quite the traveler. Italy … mighty fine place you enjoyed. I will be waiting
for the photos of those fields of olive trees and vineyards. Ahhhh … vino in Italy. They drink it all day
and enjoy it more than water. I’m sure you hated every minute of it. LOL … or … have become quite the expert.
Either way … what a fun time you must have had. Congratulations on living life.
Isadora 😎
p.s. I’m off to you tube.

Going to Italy was a difficult assignment, but we met the challenge. So many olive trees as it felt like we were in the midst of them. Only went one place where they were absent. My current post is my first about the trip.

A long flight or any flight now-a-days can be exhausting. You need one day when you arrive to recuperate.
I’ll pop over right after my breakfast (it’s 8:00 a.m. here) and read all about it. Happy Wednesday … 😎

The return flight over the Atlantic was 9 hours on its own … and for us, we had a flight on each side of it …. plus 45 minutes drives to/from airports at each end … yes, a long, exhausting day. Hope you had a good breakfast.

OMG … 9 hours ???!!! I would have been jumping out of the plane … without a parachute. LOL
I’d have been having an anxiety attack. I can’t handle enclosures for too long. It’s the reason
why we take cruises. Hey … have you taken the Celebrity Silhouette yet. If so, any hints. I hear it’s the same as the Equinox we were on recently. It’s a December cruise. Woo -Hoo … !!!
Yes, breakfast was good. Our business is busy right now. Lots of orders and paperwork. But, I like it.
I’m popping over to you now. Thanks for all the news. 😎

9 hours is a bit lengthy … can’t imagine more for Australian/New Zealand! We were on Equinox last year … nice ship.

The Silhouette is one the the sister ships in the same category. Should be about the same. Hint: if you get an Aqua Class room the spa is included free of charge. Looking forward to my spa treatments on board. YAY !!!!
