Intriguing, sensitive, mysterious, loving, artistic and crackling with excitement for life is a pretty good description of who I am. I just retired from the world of art where I sold my Artfully Designed Handmade Jewelry for 28 years; although, art will always be a part of who I am no matter what venue I choose to express it in.

Lovely poem and words, Issy. All I could see in the Reader was “A seed in the earth roots” and my first thought was, “Especially if it’s a weed!” 🙂 Your images are much nicer.

LOL … weeds do tend to take over, don’t they? Thank you for the lovely comment, Janet. Hope your week is going well. Issy 😎

Awww …. thank you so very much, Linda. Once in a while I get a photograph that matches what i’m thinking of writing. A picture alone can speak volumes. Ironically, this photo was an afterthought. Hubby and I had gone for a walk in the park and came across these glorious flowers. Pink isn’t my favorite color. At first, I ignored it looking for another purple flower that was among these. It seemed to be staring at me. I clicked it so I could move on. Who knew …??? !!!
