It’s been a long road back to blogging.
I’ve been healing from some upsetting things that have happened to me.
I’m hoping to tell of my experiences and of the many changes in my life.
It’s all been a part of my writing brain fog.
Healing happens in stages. I’m back on my the path. But, I’m in those beginning stages.
Taking care of myself was and is my first priority. I’ve been doing just that.
As many of you who follow me know, I live near the beach. I visit often. It’s my place to reconnect with nature. The waves against the shore are a meditative sound that help balance the stresses that can overpower me. Many of these traumas were beyond my control. Nature took a bite out of my safety net. The fall was shocking since there is no aggressive behavior in paradise.
The video below is where I was until these recent occurrences. I hope you enjoy it for its artistry of dance but also for the connected calm the two dancers are trying to impart on those who are viewing them. The ocean is where I find myself floating in the air, as the ship I might be on floats through calm waters.
Namaste, Isadora 🙏🏻

It seems horribly weak to complain or feel anxiety from something that many are going through the same thing or worse issues.
I think it was just unexpected which, for someone as organized and in control as me, can be off-balancing. I suppose I’ll be learning
a great deal about letting go. Thank you, Linda. It seems foolish of me to be overwhelmed. I usually am not so vulnerable to crisis’.
They’ll be a great many lessons for me out of all this. Thank you for your kind words. It’s these types of words that help to comfort during times like this. Thank you 100 XXXXX’s … a blessings to have so many who care. Namaste

My favorite cheerleader showing me that all will and can be well once again if we are patient. I am very blessed to have connected with the many people I have with on this WWW blogosphere. I’m always in awe at the way the right people find themselves in this massive social media outlet. I wish I could be among all of you for special hugs and support but here is enough. It’s always enough …. no matter how distant. Thank you, my dear Gilly, for your special words of encouragement that can make anyone have a day shine. For me, it is a sparkle of energy to give me a life of fortitude to embrace. May your days be fillled with the glorious sparkle you give to many but; especially, I wish for your a glroious white light of peace and love.

Dear PJ,
You are a light in the darkness bringing special caring words of love and support during well-needed times. Thank you for always shining your light in my direction. I am forever grateful to have found you among so many in the WWW of social media. They says’, we can never conncet with those we need. Poo-Posh … you are a contradictive example that it can happen. Thank you for your sweet and kind support. It’s always a pleasure to know you are there for the small word that can be read and will turn a bad day into a good one.

I’m pleased you enjoyed viewing my peaceful healing place. It’s been a series of events. Too many to handle all at once.
I’m in the company of others who have the same or worse issues. I’m sure I’ll be able to manage a few posts about it in time.
Thank you for your kind words. May your days be full of loving light.

I’ve been on unstable ground for far too long. I’m usually able to manage a crisis with more strength and determination.
Perhaps, I was caught a bit off guard to reality. Thank you for your kind and caring words, Janet. They mean a great deal to me.

There is no shame in admitting when we need rest and comfort, and no need to explain why, either. So many people in today’s world put unsustainable pressure on themselves with cultural expectations that they should always be strong and able to manage a crisis… you’re certainly not alone in that.
