~ If I could Interview God ~
Why do you allow us to have pain?
If you never felt pain, then, how would you know that I am a healer?
Why must we pray?
If you never had to pray, then, how would you know that I am a deliverer?
Why do you give us so many obstacles?
If you never had a trial, then, how could you call yourself an overcomer?
Why do you give us sadness?
If you never felt sadness, then, how would you know that I am a comforter?
Why do you allow us to make mistakes?
If you never made a mistake, then, how would you know that I am a forgiver?
Why do you take us to where we feel broken?
If you were never broken, then, how would you know that I can make you whole?
Why must we suffer?
If you never had any suffering, then, how would you know what I went through?
Why must we walk through the fires of life?
If you never went through the fire, then, how would you become pure?
Why must we make mistakes only to correct them later?
If I never corrected you, then, how would you know that I love you?
When will we have our own power?
If you had all power, then, how would you learn to depend on me?
Why can’t we have a perfect life?
If your life was perfect, then, what would you need me for?
Love, God

The concept for these questions came from this video I had seen several years ago.
I hope you’ll take the time to view it. I found it most enlightening.
~Enjoy ~
Just a Thought: often when we lose hope and think this is the end,
GOD smiles from above and says, “Relax, it’s just a bend, not the end!”

Love what you have written – a summary of what so many people ask of God without realising that one need to experience the negative to appreciate the positive.

It’s been a long road to realize that but once I did I feel better about overcoming obstacles in my life.
Thank you for commenting, Colline. It’s always pleasure to see you here.

My dear friend,
If there would not be the night, how can we appreciate the light of the day… if there would not be free will, how could we choose… without problem, shortcoming -how can we know our mistakes, learn experience? In the end the separated water drop find it way back to the ocean… but all needs development and time… So all is perfect in the kingdom of God – slowly, slowly we even learn to understand that bitter pills are medicine too…
Thanks for sharing your brilliant thoughts 🙂
All good wishes
Didi

I absolutely LOVE your comment. It’s inspiring and thoughtful. Yes, it can be overwhelming
at times to understand the obstacles we’re given. We should have faith that the questions will
evenutally be answered if we believe. Thank you for visiting and leaving your lovely comment.

Thank you, Isadora. I was just giving some advice to a person who is going through a rough patch to the effect that when we experience rough patches then we appreciate the smooth even more. Well done.

I appreciate the good word, Dale. This was quite different from our FF challenge. I just had to give it a go. Besides, wouldn’t want to see a sad face from aFrank. DO wish the music one would come back … hint hint hint 😎
