From their bench, Vincenzo and Guiseppe take in the activities of everyday life.
“Vincenzo, I gotta get a job.”
“Why? We can show tourists around like we always do.”
“For tips and grins? Mama’s gonna kill me if I don’t get a job,”
“Get out of this funk, Guiseppe, you’re starting to bore me.”
“Mama gave me 6 bucks for lunch. She told me, I better have a job when I go home today.”
“Hey, I got 4 bucks. Let’s go get a bottle of Chianti.”
“I guess I can look tomorrow.”
“Let’s go, Guisep, before you change your mind.”

Do it while you’re still young and have no responsibilities, I say. Good on them! but hope he’s prepared to have mama give him an earful.

If only life were that simple. I think as they grow older they’ll realize that no one
gets a free pass. Sooner or later responsibility will have to be faced. But, it would be nice … if only.
Thanks for popping by and commenting, Michael. Have a great week …

Yes, I do believe they need time to problem solve what type of job they want to commit too … or … not.
Perhaps, they’ll grow out of their youthful ways soon. Thank you for commenting on my fun story.
Have a good weekend,

otherwise Mama may be putting him out. : ) Thank you, Gilly, for your comment and visit.

Hey! Why do something today that you can put off until tomorrow. Fun take. Maybe these rascally boys need to be separated.

Ahhh … the influence of another can be a downfall or maybe, Vicenzo, knows he’d lose his friend to the world
of responsibility. Damn .. that irresponsible guy. LOL I had fun with this one, Alicia. I had no idea what to write.
I’m glad in turned into something even if it’s a bit silly. I can say some people I know had kids that were in college
for years just not to get a job. 😳 Have a great weekend …

Thank you, Penny. I’m glad you liked the dialog. The photo photo was a bit difficult for me.
I just went with what popped in my head. Maybe, I should do that more often. : )

I think you could be right, Russell. Hunger can force you to get up off of your a-s. LOL
The only thing is they’re using it for wine. Mmmm … future drunks??? 😳 Let’s hope they grow up real fast.
Tough prompt for me this week. I’m glad I was able to put two words together for it. Thank you for popping by.

I think it’s harder to get going when you live in a place like Venice.
Drinking wine and watching the ladies seems like much more fun.
I think eventually Mama will put her foot down or somewhere else
if he doesn’t get a job. Thanks, Dale. Enjoy your weekend …

Mama may be packing suitcases soon for this guy.
They should think about becoming wine tasters as Rochelle said in her comment.
It is a job. LOL Thanks, PJ. I’m glad you enjoyed this one. It was a bit difficult to get
going with this photo. Have a fun weekend.

Querida Isadora,
It doesn’t sound like these two will have a productive job anytime soon. Perhaps they could find one as wine tasters. 😉 Cuenta muy divertida.

Querida Rochelle,
Muy dificil para mi la foto esta semana. Pero esta bien.
I have a friend whose son went to college, went to college and went to college.
It’s based on that. Like they never want to get a job just because … but, I like your
idea of a wine taster. Go with what you know. LOL
Gracias mi amiga … Besitos 😍
