Oft’ times when the highway of life seems rough
And all of your dreams have flown,
Just remember, wherever your road may go,
Nobody Walks Alone
When everyone else has let you down
And under your sins you groan,
Just keep reminding, your burdened heart,
Nobody Walks Alone
Then suddenly you’ll feel His hand in yours,
And His eyes lifting up your own,
And you’ll hear his gentle, forgiving voice:
Nobody Walks Alone … !!!

“Ama” is a silent film.
It tells a story everyone can interpret in their own way,
based on their own experience.
There is no imposition, only suggestions.
I wanted to share my biggest pain in this life with this film.
For this is not too crude, I covered it with grace.
To make it not too heavy, I plunged it into the water.
I dedicate this film to all the women of the world.”

That’s beautiful and comforting. Hope to come by soon again. I’ve been away from reading blogs for quite a while and I see what a lot I’ve been missing.

I can’t imagine what technology is going to be like in the future but it’s going to be more and more amazing for creative artists who go outside the box. I was in awe of her ability to move, express her felling and not have to breathe. I think she’s a mermaid. : ) Isadora 😎

I can’t swim. When I see people swimming I’m fascinated with the way they do. I’ve tried many ways to learn – ie: professional lessons, friends, hubby amd even relatives – just can’t. 😳 But, I still love the ocean and even pools. 😎

Yes, it is important to not walk alone. Sometimes situations are difficult to find someone willing to walk … that’s lonely… on the other hand, that’s a call to all of us to step up to help others. That’s tough.
Stunning video. I wonder about the filming process.

Hola aFrank,
I went to the video on You Tube that shows how these artists create underwater videos. They did say they can hold their breathe for a very long time. This video is about a loss she experienced and wanted to express. The unborn child would have been named Ama. But, it can be interpreted in whatever way the viewer wishes and feels. True art at play. ~~~ : – )
I like your interpretation of the poem. Yes, we should have someone to walk through life with whoever they may be. It can be a friend, a child or a spouse. My feelings when I was writing the poem was about a greater being than us. No matter what we wish to believe there is someone more powerful than us to guide us through our journey in life. 🙏🏻

The video is very powerful for the artist/creator. The loss of her child who would have been called Ama. Grief expression surrendering in a visual work of art. It can be interpreted in whatever way the viewer wishes for themselves. Art at its best.
I’m so pleaed you liked the poem, Sue. I think we all have to have the power of a greater being in our lives; however, a person believes, to carry us through this journey of life. Touching heart sof peace 🙏🏻 Isadora 😎

I was fascinated by the amount of time she was under water too. I can’t swim either .I wish I could learn .I’ve tried to learn but my fear is overwhelming. I did see a few more videos on You Tube about this type of under water photography . It seems they’re able to hold their breath for a very long time The film is about loss The film is dedicated to her unborn child she lost named Ama .Thanks for enjoying it and my poem .

Thank you, Sylvia. I saw it recently on Nia’s blog. Her blog is private so I asked if I could do a post on it. She graciously said ‘Yes’. It’s an enchanting view into the creators’ painful experience but has allowed us, through her creativity of neutralality, to interpret the film in whatever way we wish. A lovely piano tune to accompany it. I’m happy you enjoyed the unqiueness of it.
