Intriguing, sensitive, mysterious, loving, artistic and crackling with excitement for life is a pretty good description of who I am. I just retired from the world of art where I sold my Artfully Designed Handmade Jewelry for 28 years; although, art will always be a part of who I am no matter what venue I choose to express it in.
I appreciate your positive thoughts, Janet. You keep safe too. I’ve managed a few ventures out in my neaighborhood. I didn’t see any people which made it an easy walk.
Glad you finally started getting out, Issy. It makes a big difference, doesn’t it? I see a few people on my walks, but there’s plenty room to get past them without a problem. It’s rather wide open here. 🙂
Getting out even for a short walk does make a difference. My neighborhood is pretty isolated from too many people. It helps. I wear a mask and gloves anyway. I do have trouble breathing with the mask on. I pull it down if no one is around. GOSH … the things we’ve taken for granted. BUT … better than getting sick. 😍😎
You’ll be fine without the mask if no one’s around but if you wear one, you should just wear it and not put it up and down. Every time you touch it, any germs will get on your gloves (which I wouldn’t recommend anyway) and then when you put the mask back up, all the germs are around your face again. If you’re not going to be hear any people, just go out without the mask on. You could take it and if you are going to be in a situation where there might be a problem, put it on and then leave it on.

It’s already well into the 8-‘s here and of course virtually no humidity, but on its way to 105-107 which is still hot. 🙂 Enjoy your walk without a mask and save the mask for situations where you’ll be near other people. The big thing is to leave it on until you take it off and then leave it off until after it’s been washed and dried. 🙂
LOL I was shocked when I saw 105 – etc. You are in Arizona … right? We have land in New Mexico(Albuqueque). In our youth we purchased it. We’ve had it for over 50 ywars. No plans to move there. I’m enjoying Florida too much. I never found it hot in NM. Their winters are marvelous … dry and crisp. Enjoy … 👍 😍😎
Yes, we’re in Arizona now in Gilbert, which is part of the Phoenix metropolitan area. My parents originally planned on retiring in Florida (Sanibel Island) where they had land. But they decided on Arizona instead and I’m happy they did. They are, too. 🙂
Sanibel is lovely. I think each state has their own personality. I always enjoyed the views of the mountains and all of the native handcrafts. I havae many beaded earrings and a very special silver belt with a varieties of buckles in different images. Too bad my waist has expanded …. LOL
🙂 I want to visit New Mexico once we can get out again. I haven’t been to Santa Fe since I was a child and although I stayed in Albuquerque during my/our trips up and back, I didn’t really have time to look around. Lots and lots to see in the New Mexico/Arizona/Utah/Nevada area.
It looks like there’s a great many adventures waiting in the wings for you to see. Both Santa Fe and New Mexico have wonderful native american art which I love. I have a friend that lives in Santa Fe. It’s been awhile since we visited with them. Perhaps, there’ll be a visit in the future. Happy journey’s … 😍😎
That would be grand! When I visited here every January before we moved, we always went to Old Town Scottsdale and to the galleries and shops that had the Indian art, which I also love. Looking forward to exploring more.
I wish I could take credit for the bouquets but I cannot.
They were at a flower shop where I had gone to order flowers.
