Intriguing, sensitive, mysterious, loving, artistic and crackling with excitement for life is a pretty good description of who I am. I just retired from the world of art where I sold my Artfully Designed Handmade Jewelry for 28 years; although, art will always be a part of who I am no matter what venue I choose to express it in.

I like this. I remember how many times my father told his stories. And in the end he wrote them. His memoirs, he called them. They lived a different life to us. Never can we understand what they went through, no matter which war it was
Your father had such a wonderful idea in writing his stories for everyone to read at a later time.
Older gentleman and women have many, many stories about war and other things too. I never tire of listening

His stories have been recorded by the Imperial War Museum and he was interviewed for several news programme almost every year. He survived a war atrocity and the older he grew the fewer were the survivors
I have a friend who recently passed away at the age of 90. He was a member of a group of war veterans. Whe he joined there were many but by the time he left this world there were only 6 members. It’s difficult for them. Congratulations on your father being honored with his stories. An honorable reward for his service.
