Laughter is the best medicine …
Traveling through the jungle had been brutal. The heat had overcome many.
Walking along, we see many homes that the opposing tribes had destroyed. Remnants of brick walls were the only signs.
The tour guide told us we would learn many things about the Watusi culture, including their healthy lifestyle.
I was excited about learning all of these new things.
Soon, the Watusi shaman was telling us about their exercises and dances.
I was in awe when they began to dance.
The exercise works wonders on circulation. Watusi tribe members originated it. It also slims you down without medication.
I have been doing the exercises and workout moves since I arrived home from my vacation. I’m feeling much better already. I recommend you start right away.
This video shows what you should do daily to help with leg and knee pain and stiffness.
Once a day is sufficient for assured success! Enjoy …

So this is the Watusi dance that was all the rage in the 60s (I can do the Watusi, the Mashed Potato too)
It reminded me of the dances we used to do to Northern Soul. I was somewhat younger in those days. But I’d love to be able to do this. Love dance. Thank you for sharing the video

HA HA They may have gotten some tips from this dancer. I’ve been a dancer since I was 3. I couldn’t be stopped. I twirl and twirled for hours. As an adult I danced ballet, jazz. tap, modern, ballroom and whatever was in style. I worked as a dancer in Manhattan, NY for a bit. My body tells me this everyday but I wouldn’t trade those years for anything in the world. It was the best of times. Thanks for enjoying my little odd sense of humor.
BTW … do you think the headdress is heavy? I think that would be a load on his knees. LOL

Ah, but it can’t be done without the costume… cos it amplifies his moves… makes it more dramatic

Fascinating, Isadora… although if I could do that to illeviate leg stiffness, they probably wouldn’t be stiff to start off with, so I wouldn’t need to do it! 🙃🤣

LOLOL … the post is my way of using humor for the challenge. I have not traveled to this place. I did find the video and wrote this all based on that. I thought the dance was worth a share but it needed an intro. I can’t imagine doing that dance unless your a child on a sugar high. HA HA
I can see myeself attempting to do the dance and falling flat on the floor. Thanks for not attempting to do the dance. No sense in doing it and falling. Thanks, Tom.Isadora 😎

It’s an energetic dance, that’s for certain. My energy drained just watching it! But thanks for sharing, it was a fun post!

LOLOL I was exhausted when I watched it too. I also wondered if the headdress was heavy. I think that would add a lot to his knees while bouncing. Whoever created the video gave a lot of people a chuckle. 😄
