On those particularly rough days,
when you’re not sure if you can possibly endure,
remind yourself, that your track record of bad days,
is being outweighed by your good days …

Come to the edge, he said. You can see the sea.
I’m afraid, I said.
The menacing sky will soon pass, he said.
Will you hold my hand? I said
I am with you forever and evermore, he spoke with a radiant smile.
Together we leaped across to places beyond the horizon.

Life is too short to be anything but happy...
It’s the end of another year.
Where did it go?
It’s been an overwhelming ride of highs and lows. We’ve all had to rethink how to live with the frenzy of the pandemic – COVID 19.
My lack of blogging has been due to many obstacles. Today, I am presently on my 13th day of COVID. Because this virus is so new, there is no appropriate time frames for when you will get better. This is my second bout with this virus. My first was in January, 2020. Click here for that adventure.
I’ve had every symptom listed by the CDC. Although, I’m recovering slowly I continue with body aches, difficulty breathing and lack of taste. For those wondering whether or not I am vaccinated – I am. I have been vigilant to stay safe with minimum contact with people and plenty of hadn sanitizing. I believe that if I had not been vaccinated I would have been in the hospital on a ventilator. I have breathing issues due to PE (pulmonary embolisms). I am beginning to see the possibility of a full recovery and am grateful everyday for that.
However, you want to look at life, the main thing to remember is that you are not alone.
There is always someone guiding you in whatever form you choose to believe. Take comfort in knowing that the challenges you’re given are because you can endure them; no one gets what they can’t conquer.
Life is rich and abundant. Nature provides us with beauty, joy and visual colors. If you look around, you can see that people add variety to life, too. Observe the many colors, shapes, sizes and personalities of these creations. The variety of what we see, when we really look is what makes life interesting and unpredictable. Life is never boring because you can make it whatever you want it to be.
Thank you, my blogging friends and followers, for helping to make my last year spectacular.
In Light and Love.
Isadora 🙏🏻

May your COMING YEAR be
filled with MAGIC and DREAMS
and good MADNESS. I hope you
READ some fine BOOKS
And KISS someone who thinks
You’re WONDERFUL, and don’t
Forget to MAKE SOME ART
write or draw or build or sing or
LIVE AS ONLY YOU CAN
and somewhere in the next year,
I HOPE YOU
SURPRISE YOURSELF.

People may not remember what you said,
but they will remember how you made them feel ….!!!
What happens in heaven?
Will I sit on a cloud?
Is walking or talking
Or jumping allowed?
Will I be on my own?
Or with some of my friends?
Does it go on forever?
Or eventually, end?
What happens in heaven?
Will I play a harp’s strings?
I can’t play piano
I can’t even sing.
Who chooses the music?
That angels inspire?
Who does the auditions?
For the heavenly choir?
What happens in heaven?
Are the streets paved with gold?
Is it crowded with people?
Who’s incredibly old?
Will I know who I am?
Will I know what I’m called?
If I pinch myself hard
Will I feel it at all?
What happens in heaven?
Do I go through a gate?
What if I get myself lost
Or turn up too late?
Is my name on a list?
Is the gatekeeper nice?
Can you sneak in for nothing?
Or is there a price?

When the sun shines
and brings it’s warmth
When your petals glisten
after a gentle rain
When your blossoms
flourish before me
I will be grateful
for your colorful light.

Namaste
I honor the place in you
in which the entire universe dwells.
I honor the place in you
which is of Love, and of Truth,
of Light and of Peace.
When you are in that place in you
and I am in that place in me.
We are One.

Medicine for the Soul – Great Quotes
I wish for a road
That is sunny and clear,
Filled with love’s blessings
And, friends who are dear.
I wish for blue skies.
And fields filled with flowers,
Fragrance and colors
To last seasonal hours.
It happens; I like
A mist on my face,
It’s a way to enjoy
Heaven’s embrace.
And soon, as time passes.
The season will change,
To welcome a crisp wintery stage
When life may not seem so sublime.
Most of all, I’m enthralled.
By a soft, fragrant flower,
That dances from Heaven
And sets hearts aglow.
I will never forget.
The joy and the glee,
I feel in my soul
As you give your love to me.

The carpenter we hired to help us restore an old farmhouse had just finished a rough first day on the job. A flat tire made him lose an hour of work, his electric saw quit, and now his beat-up pickup truck refused to start.
While we drove him home, he sat in stony silence.
On arriving, he invited us in to meet his family.
As we walked toward the front door, he paused briefly at a small tree, touching the tips of the branches with both hands.
When he opened the door, he underwent an amazing transformation. His tanned face is a wreath in smiles as he hugs his two small children and kisses his wife.
Afterward, he walks us to the car. We pass the tree, and my curiosity gets the better of me. I asked him about what I had seen him do earlier.
“Oh, that’s my trouble tree,” he replied.” I know I can’t help having troubles on the job and in life, but one thing’s for sure, problems don’t belong in the house with my wife and the children. So I hang them on the tree every night when I come home. Then in the morning, I pick them up again.”
He paused. “Funny thing is,” he smiled, “When I come out in the morning to pick ’em up, there ain’t nearly as many as I remember hanging up the night before.” ©anonymous
