Sunday Song – If My Heart Had Windows

The way to love anything deeply is to realize that it may be lost.

A Gift of Love

Without you,
Life is just existing.
With you,
Life is worth living.

You put a name on the
songs birds sing.
And, you bring the smell of flowers
to a breezy spring.

You are my sun.
You are my moon.
Please, get well.
And, come home soon.

If My Heart had Windows

You’d see a heart full of love just for you

A tear may appear when I hold you near

But, that’s for the sweet things you do

If My Heart had Windows

You’d see a heart full of love just for you.

By your side I will stay ’til we’re old and gray

Reminiscing young moments we knew

If My Heart had Windows

You’d see a heart full of love just for you

A thief couldn’t steal the love that I feel

Heaven for me has come true

If My Heart had Windows

You’d see a heart full of love just for you

If My Heart had Windows

You’d see a heart full of love just for you

Intriguing, sensitive, mysterious, loving, artistic and crackling with excitement for life is a pretty good description of who I am. I just retired from the world of art where I sold my Artfully Designed Handmade Jewelry for 28 years; although, art will always be a part of who I am no matter what venue I choose to express it in.

  2. Izzy, it sounds like you’ve got something unhappy going on – hope I’m wrong but if not hope it ends well, and soon

    • Thank you, Tina. I appreciate your kind words.
Yes, there’s been some dramatic health issues with my hubby. Slowly healing from it but totally unexpected. 🤗😍😎

      • Thinking of you and hoping he recovers well and quickly. My husband also suffered a very sudden illness 2 years ago. SO stressful, and hits you hard to realize good health is not a guarantee even if you’re living well and doing all the right things. the good news is he’s back to 100% although it was a difficult journey. Be sure to take care of yourself as you focus on taking care of him.
