Life is too short to be anything but happy...
It’s the end of another year.
Where did it go?
It’s been an overwhelming ride of highs and lows. We’ve all had to rethink how to live with the frenzy of the pandemic – COVID 19.
My lack of blogging has been due to many obstacles. Today, I am presently on my 13th day of COVID. Because this virus is so new, there is no appropriate time frames for when you will get better. This is my second bout with this virus. My first was in January, 2020. Click here for that adventure.
I’ve had every symptom listed by the CDC. Although, I’m recovering slowly I continue with body aches, difficulty breathing and lack of taste. For those wondering whether or not I am vaccinated – I am. I have been vigilant to stay safe with minimum contact with people and plenty of hadn sanitizing. I believe that if I had not been vaccinated I would have been in the hospital on a ventilator. I have breathing issues due to PE (pulmonary embolisms). I am beginning to see the possibility of a full recovery and am grateful everyday for that.
However, you want to look at life, the main thing to remember is that you are not alone.
There is always someone guiding you in whatever form you choose to believe. Take comfort in knowing that the challenges you’re given are because you can endure them; no one gets what they can’t conquer.
Life is rich and abundant. Nature provides us with beauty, joy and visual colors. If you look around, you can see that people add variety to life, too. Observe the many colors, shapes, sizes and personalities of these creations. The variety of what we see, when we really look is what makes life interesting and unpredictable. Life is never boring because you can make it whatever you want it to be.
Thank you, my blogging friends and followers, for helping to make my last year spectacular.
In Light and Love.
Isadora 🙏🏻

May your COMING YEAR be
filled with MAGIC and DREAMS
and good MADNESS. I hope you
READ some fine BOOKS
And KISS someone who thinks
You’re WONDERFUL, and don’t
Forget to MAKE SOME ART
write or draw or build or sing or
LIVE AS ONLY YOU CAN
and somewhere in the next year,
I HOPE YOU
SURPRISE YOURSELF.

Wow Izzy – hit twice and sounds like your bout this time was more serious than that of most vaccinated people. Your message remains positive despite your rocky start to the year so good on you for that! Wishing you a Happy and HEALTHY 2022

I appreciate your kind words, Tina. I might as well get this Covid out-of-the-way early
in the year. 😀 It can only get better from here … Yes, to good health, moments of laughter and love.
Be safe … Isadora 😎

Hopefully this year we'll be able to put Covid in the background. I love your opening art work and pray you're soon feeling back to normal!!

Happy New Year, Janet. Thank you for your thoughtful words. I’m doing whatever my body dictates. When I have a spurt of energy I try to manage my daily chores. When I feel rest is needed I do that because it will get me the energy I’m missing. Patience seems to be the best avenue to follow. Unfortunately, I don’t seem to have a lot of patience. Perhaps, my lesson to learn in 2022. Please stay safe … here’s hoping you have a wonderful year ahead. Blessings, Isadora 🙏😎

I had a Covid alert last night from shopping on Wednesday. I am over careful and stay away from people as much as I can. Luckily I live in isolation anyway with nature.
Plenty of people free adventures for sure Isadora. Hope you can at least feel somewhat better later this year so you can enjoy 2022 🙂

It’s difficult to know where you can get this virus. I’ve been as careful as one can be but it still crept in again. We all need to wear our masks, vaccinate and be respectful of distancing. Do continue to be vigilant. Sending healing prayers for you and your family. 🙏🏻
